4 essential musts for Kansas City Web developers and UX designers

1. Simplicity

Keeping people comfortable when using the site is imperative. When users have to figure out how to use the site instead of spending the time pressing the buttons you want them to press, there is a design flaw. We scroll down, we look to the top left first, we click on colored boxes or colored texts. 2. Site Speed

We live in the age where split seconds seem like milleniums have past. How fast does your site load? The quicker your site loads, the better the visitor will feel. How many of us have waited 3 seconds for the page to load, left it without even seeing if the page had the answer we were looking for, because it just took too long? We have all been guilty of this. We have to encourage the scroll if what the person wants is not directly in front of them. As long as something pops up, there is no point in backing out and choosing another option, when the answer just may be below the fold.

 

3. TL;DR

How much body copy are you putting in your pages? Are you doing so to rank well for Kansas City SEO? Why are you making people read three paragraphs that summarize what one sentence could do? Customers are scanners until that specially designed area catches our attention. It doesn’t mean that every page should have lavish photos. The last bit is to know that not every website is the same, and not every customer visiting the site is the same. Implementing a/b testing and gaining real insights into your site users will begin to give you the edge you have been looking for. No one web designer has a specific formula that works perfectly for everyone. No one web developer can construct a perfect user experience. Yet through trial and error, achievements can be made that benefit both designers, developers, and users.
