August 5th Weekly Development Meeting

Talked about Tritz Pallet and the entire Google Domain issue we ran into. Sean hadn’t come across that before.

We discussed KC Web and reviewed the site’s ratings for speed and nibbler. Our goal when it’s time for the new site is to make sure we pass everything and make it as good as possible.

Sean had a few questions regarding WooCommerce for the Eve Pure Oil site he’s working on. We walked through them together.

I made sure Sean was aware that the Hello Dolly plugin should be removed as it’s an unnecessary plugin and it randomly adds quotes to areas in the Dashboard. Sean figured out how it was being enabled and said he’d make sure going forward it would be deleted from any WordPress install.

Everyone on the team at KC Web Specialists is skilled, caring, responsive and responsible. They did an awesome job creating our website (gcath.org) and answered probably 1,000 questions we had. KC Web Specialists have it together. Period. I am President of a Kansas non-profit and we recently had their team work with us to create a new website. Every step of the process was a positive experience. Everyone was timely, professional, and thoroughly skilled at what they do.
