Bianco Cleaning Services partnered with KC Web Specialists to create an all-new website that would establish a strong online presence and reflect the company’s professionalism, community spirit, and wide range of residential and commercial cleaning services. As a brand-new client, the Bianco team came to us with a clear vision, and we worked closely with the owner throughout the process to ensure every detail matched her expectations.

A Custom-Tailored Web Design and Video Hero

The homepage opens with a custom hero video provided by the client, overlaid with bold messaging and clear call-to-action buttons that invite visitors to “Get a Quote” or “Call Now.” This immediately creates a professional first impression and delivers the personal, approachable tone the owner wanted. As users scroll down, they’re guided through several unique sections that introduce the company’s story, values, and services in an engaging way.

The homepage also features an embedded YouTube video offering an inside look at Bianco Cleaning Services. This personal touch helps potential customers connect with the team before ever making contact. A three-step process section visually communicates how easy it is to schedule and receive service, using circular “bubble” pictures that keep the flow light and approachable.

Showcasing Community and Service Variety

A standout section on the homepage highlights the company’s ongoing promotions and commitment to honoring first responders, teachers, doctors, nurses, and military members. The accompanying image intentionally overlaps the section above it, adding visual depth and reinforcing Bianco’s appreciation for those who serve the community.

Because Bianco Cleaning Services offers such a wide variety of cleaning solutions, we built a dedicated service showcase featuring icons that link directly to individual service pages. This not only keeps navigation simple but also improves SEO by giving each service its own optimized page. The homepage is rounded out with client testimonials and a clean, modern blog preview section, both designed to add credibility and fresh content for search visibility.

Mega Menu and Custom Post Type Structure

To handle Bianco’s extensive service list — roughly 16 in total — we implemented a four-column mega menu. This makes it easy for users to find exactly what they need without endless scrolling or drop-downs. For consistency and manageability, we created a custom post type called “Cleaning Services.”

This structure allows the client to easily add or update service pages from the WordPress dashboard, while ensuring each page automatically follows the same layout. Each service page includes:

• A strong introductory description

• A set of frequently asked questions specific to that service

• A relevant feature image

• A call-to-action section for easy inquiries

• A grid of icons linking to all other cleaning services

This cohesive structure strengthens SEO, enhances the user experience, and ensures brand consistency across every service page.

Coupons, Promotions, and Blog Features

To support Bianco’s frequent promotions, we integrated a coupon plugin that allows users to download discounts tailored to their role — such as first responders, teachers, new moms, and more. Visitors can find the coupon that applies to them, download it, and bring it into the booking process.

The blog page features a unique, card-based layout with category filters, a search field, and action buttons. The most recent or featured article displays prominently on the left, while two smaller post previews appear beside it, followed by a clean grid of all additional posts below. This layout gives Bianco’s ongoing content strategy a polished, editorial feel.

Smart Forms and Online Payment Integration

The contact form includes a detailed checklist of all 16 services, allowing users to select exactly what they need when requesting a quote. To simplify billing, we also integrated a custom Gravity Form connected to a secure payment gateway, enabling clients to pay their invoices directly on the website.

Outcome

The completed website represents a major leap forward for Bianco Cleaning Services — both visually and functionally. The design is clean, modern, and highly personalized, with the client’s active input shaping every element. From the hero video and scroll animations to the organized service structure and promotional tools, the new site provides a user-friendly experience that reflects Bianco’s professionalism and care for its clients.

Built on WordPress with the Beaver Builder framework, the site is easy for the client to manage and expand as the business continues to grow. The finished product not only achieved the owner’s vision but also positioned Bianco Cleaning Services as one of the most polished cleaning company websites in the Kansas City area.
